Onboarding with

SINGLE AGENT

Click HERE and Select the “Become a REAL AGENT
Fill in your information and WRITE DOWN THE USER NAME, and PASSWORD!! You will use this later. Also make sure the email you are using is an email you will have access to
Once you click the Create an Account you will be asked more questions

States you are licensed in
License Numbers
Association you belong to
MLS you belong to
Past 12 months volume
You are asked to upload a “selfie” of yourself holding your drivers license (this is optional)

SINGLE AGENT

4. Next up is the ICA (Independent Contractor Application)

5. Put in your state and license number again

6. The effective date is TODAY’s DATE

7. In section 23.2 you will be asked to select 1 of 3 choices:

YES - I want to select ONE Sponsor
YES - I want to select TWO Sponsors
NO - I do not want to name a Sponsor

8. In the next section you will name the Sponsor(s) and give their email. Ask the sponsor what their email is that is associated with REAL

9. You will then initial and check all boxes on the ICA

10. You will sign the REAL Policy and Procedure

11. Pay the Sign On Fee of $249

Before you Transfer your License...

Do you have ACTIVE LISTINGS?

If you have active listings you will want to get with your local assocation and compete the appropriate forms and have your current broker sign

Do you have ACTIVE ESCROWS?

You will want to talk to your broker and get the appropriate forms to complete for each of the OPEN Escrows. Most forms require you, your team leader (if applicable), Seller/Buyer, Current Broker, REAL Broker

Transfering your License

Alright you are ready to MOVE!!

You will go to your State RE Website and click “Add or Change Employer”
You will need the REAL Broker License Number in this section
Email your state broker and let them know you are moving to
Go to your MLS and change your broker information, for ARMLS click HERE

Moving your team to

Moving a team always brings a lot of fear. Rest assured the Onboarding Team at REAL is so easy to work with. Below Check out the Map for Team Onboaring Support for each state.

Use the map on the next page to know who your support person is. Send them an email and let them know you are moving to REAL and bringing your team.

They will send you a checklist. This checklist will include a team roster for you to add the members names, emails and what type of cap they want ($12k or $6 for traditional teams) ($12k, $6k or $4k for Platinum Teams)

The sheet is interactive and the support team will update the columns and keep you up to day on the stage of onboarding for each agent.

BIO - John and Rebecca are from Michigan and moved to Arizona in 2015. They have two children and Rebecca has a passion for Lifestyle Photgraphy. She retired herself and now homeschools their children. John is a force in the Real Estate World and closes an average of $40 million annually while maintaining another Full Time Job. Their shared vision is to empower other agents.

Kris and Jackie Durbin

BIO - Kris and Jackie both grew up in Kentucky and moved to Arizona in 2018. They are the proud parents of four amazing kids and new grandparents. They both live by the philosophy of, “a rising tide raises all ships.” Both have a background in Education and are passionate about giving back to their community and the Real Estate Industry through events and speaking engagements.
